Club Paraiso

This happened with me being a member there, not sure what regular customers must be facing. Had booked a birthday party for my niece here. Arrangements were horrible, food was bad, management and staff were just useless. Arrangements and food was prepared after an hour of the scheduled time of function. It was as if I was the manager there and was screaming their staff to put tables, put chairs , put table cloth, yes the management was that bad that they didn't even put tables and chairs or food counter till the time the party started. Few of our guests had to leave without having food or even sitting for that matter. The person responsible Mr. Nilesh was just clueless and so was their GM. They don't allow outside event managers also and the one they have Mr. John also did a very poor show with nothing ready in time. I literally had to find and call the housekeeping staff by myself and asked them to clean the hall, literally they were moping the floor full of garbage with the guests already arrived, forget about table, chairs and food. While planning, club Paraiso as well the event guy portraits as if they are thorough professionals and we don't have to worry about a thing but in reality they're just frauds and cheap with no professionalism whatsoever. A complete rip off. And their charges are exorbitant, completely ruined my nieces and our birthday experience and mood. Please do not ever consider club Paraiso as a choice for any function, they'll ruin your day.

The property is good but maintenance is not up to mark. The hotel have functions and was noisy throughout night. The staff at the restaurant were very well behaved. The food at restaurant was tasty. Not recommended for a family stay unless you're in group

It's a good restaurant I couldn't take more pictures just took a few Service was ok Not too much of staff but they were serving good Price is reasonable Taste is great We had tomato and manchow soup both were delicious Had a veg tikka platter it was okay Had a spicy guava mojito it was tasty

Always recommended to everyone and always appreciated by those who stayed. Service is good. Food is also nice. Rooms are well maintained.

Great experience. I fill guilty myself why I planned for only one days. Superb resort. Facilities awesome.Staff behaviour is upto marl. Especially Mr Malik Nirala always ready to serve.i suggest strongly to staying with minimum two days. Restaurant is also very good. My family impress with Swimming pool and ambitious. Surroundings area is also very good.

Excellent coordination from team club paraiso specially Mr.Naseem Ansari and Mr.Umesh yadav,||We would love this place for our daughter wedding function has been done with full support and coordination with all Hotel team.||Most specially organized by Mr. Sajal who has handle all foods.||We will definitely recommended for the some one.
