Foods are awesome. Reception person are very nice.

Hotel is near Raipur railway station in a walking distance of 10 mins. Couple friendly. I booked a room through make my trip. I have paid online through the app. When I went to check in they forced extra charge otherwise they would cancel the booking. After check in you should check your bed sheet and bathroom. They did not clean bathroom and change bed sheet before my check in. When I asked them to do so, they did that after some times. No house keeping and laundry service. They always switch off ac. You should call them to on AC. TV is not working. No shower in bathroom.

Pathetic and horrible experience, will never recommend this hotel to even my enemies.Even if this hotel is the last available hotel in the raipur I would prefer to wait in railway station then to stay in the hotel. -No hot water -Intercom was not working, complained several times but nobody fixed it and told that it's not working in most of thr rooms -No lift -Outside food is not allowed and u will be forced eat their tasteless, unhygienic food. Don't have a proper menu also. -Located at an isolated, dirty and horrible place. I thought of leaving the place by seeing the location but had to stay as I had paid the complete amount online. -they will ask about how much money u paid for the room online and if it's less then they will deny checkin and ask u to pay more. -Room service is also pathetic. -only positive thing about this hotel is their room is spacious and okay.

Very rudely behaved by some staff..... But some are good..... Worst experience..... They said early checkout..... Greedy receptionist....... It is good if less than 700Rs..... Unless waste.... Go for Le roi near railway station.... Class.....

Very Bad experience at this hotel, when I was there, Very heavy rainfall is going on and due to Jam in balcony ,water Over flows balcony and it spread all over in room. That was my terrible experience ever. And Hotel staff is also not co operating with me, I booked the hotel for 2 days ,but i want to check out the room after all this... And I asked for refund the manager just denied, I personally suggest not to go there ,there are N number of hotels in Raipur, 1st check out the hotels In VIP road then go somewhere else

If you book from Oyo. They will not give you allotted room.I had stayed in room no. 101 , water was dropping from ac, and no lock in washroom.They will charge you extra if you want a good room, after booking please call them and confirm.

This place is very difficult to find and is located on congested area. Entry is full of shutters of godowns. Very low height roof of rooms and not comfortable. In this price a better option is very easy to get.

Please don't visit this place . There are many reasons 1. Rooms were not clean 2. Ac was not working . 3 there was no set up box in tv when asked they said they will provide but no response 4. Food was also not up to mark.
