Extremely disappointed with the quality of food and service here. The food was both unhealthy and unhygienic. I had to wait an entire hour just for a simple soup, and when it finally arrived, it was contaminated with old, stale Manchow and burned vegetables. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I expected much better from a resort of this reputation. Would not recommend dining here.

Very pleasant experience with a Calm, serene ambience, just off the Chitrakote Road, outside Jagdalpur. Good for a weekend gateaway. Food is good. Staff are cordial. Not visited Rooma to have an opinion. However, the external view is pleasant.

I think this is the best destination for vacation and relaxation. Food is good.staff are very polite and familiar. I always love to stay here.atmosphere is good. Resort is awesome. Naman bastar one of the best hotel in jagdalpur .you can also enjoy here .rooms are well maintained.

Nice comfortable property for 2-3 days stay in Bastar... Good hospitality by staff with wonderful location. Good parking space, WiFi coverage, lots of greenery within premises, tasty food. Little expensive regard to room charges. Overall good experience.

1. No electric geyser in rooms. Only solar heater so forget luke warm water before 11 am in chilled winter.No hot water at night also. 2. No electric kettle at room for heating water for drinking/tea making. 3.Want tea before 7 am? Forget as kitchen is closed. 4.No body lotion/shampoo/dental kit provided in this luxurious resort. 5.Towel is very dirty and soiled. 6.So much salt in all food. Only deep fried starters are available. No evening snacks availability.

Even though the staff and management is good the facilities and dine in is not satisfied and it's below average.The rooms are neat and clean & peaceful environment.

This facility is best to stay in jagdalpur. Ambience is nature friendly. All staff cooperate very well and helpful. Food is delicious.
