Rock House Resort Mangatta

A fantastic place to stay Neat and clean environment and rooms .Beautiful place with good staff but should have crockery and lunch and dinner service should be improved .Food was tasty.Overall an unforgettable experience at rock house Mangatta.Would like to visit again. .Suggest all to visit and gain the ravishing experience.

Good place, horrible service. They serve dinner only till 9 pm. Won't give breakfast until 10 am. And when you ask for the least adjustments like extra mattress and why flush isn't working, they just simply don't bother. An unpleasant experience. Never coming back.

The hotel is in a great location and is easily found....the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay...service was attentive and efficient, Rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. THE FOOD was good and very tasty and great value for money.....

Not good. Very dirty. No breakfast or morning tea.

Worst experience ever. Pathetic staff. There is no facility Available, everything was so bad. Staff was unprofessional not Co operative at all. Food quality super bad. Place is very dirty no hygiene at all. You are gonna spoil your day, time and money. Rating 0/10.
