They are developing farm houses for people on 10000 square feet per farm house and then renting those farm houses to visitors. The farm houses are not maintained. Maximum farm houses were vacant. All farm houses are of different design. Some are very poor in design. Some are good. I went there because I was sold a package of their resort with various offers on room rent and food but staffs were non cooperative. They were like we are facing heavy losses because of the package. Trying to manipulate the offers and not giving them. Again and again we have to argue them about the offers and coupons. They told us themselves that everyday they are having argument with people about package and coupons. The staffs especially the reception staffs behaviour was very bad and they don't pick up your phone once you have been sold their package. They only told me that if i had gone there without any package then it would have been a different experience. Why would I go 135kms without even knowing or hearing their name once before purchasing their package. Good things- Food was very good. The farm house I chose from their cover photo of the package they sold had nice swimming pool.

Worst resort ever , don't go . No service worst behaviour. They will provide a room in jungle where no phones no TV . And they stopped picking calls . What ever review posted with excellent remarks - they are there staff only . Don't even go

Far from the city. You can spend a day with family and night stay facility is also there. The restaurant is good.

One of the best resort in chhattisgarh,I enjoyed a lot of quality time there, the service staff is all very good, the food is very tasty, and the best thing is that we get good privacy and there is greenery all around, very beautiful view specially in rainy season,there are very positive vibes and I enjoyed a lot. 10/10

The rooms we got were 3bhk house with pool at 3k per night price, it was clean with a lawn outside, the pool was clean and i enjoyed a lot . Well maintained and best for enjoying vacations.
