Hotel Hasdeo Inn

Stayed here in March 25, with friends for a reunion for one night . Surprisingly this is very nice place to stay in this part of CG state . It's not a luxurious hotel by any means but in my opinion it's the one of the best in the area . Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and their food . Definitely recommend it.

Horrible service and rude staff. I could not understand the reason behind their arrogant behaviour. May be due to monopoly. Breakfast is never served on time. No kettle in room. No geyser in bathroom. Hot water supply for bath is limited to 6 am to 9 am. If you want a shower in the evening in winter, be prepared to have ice cold water bath. Stay at your risk with mosquitoes and dirty linen.

I recently stayed there and unfortunately, my experience was not the best. The Wi-Fi was not available during my stay, which was quite inconvenient as I needed to stay connected. Additionally, the services were slower than expected, leading to delays in getting assistance when needed. While the location was decent and the staff were polite, the lack of reliable internet and timely services really affected my overall experience. I hope they can improve these aspects for future guests. I would recommend considering other options if Wi-Fi and prompt service are important to you.

Worst customer service at reception and worst hotel. Don't book here. They have no connection to booking.com. The customer has to be the mediator between booking.com and the reception. The reception people have no idea they take bookings from booking.com then soon afterwards when someone calls they start taking the booking. Customer has to face the brunt of all the problems caused by booking.com and the hotel. Breakfast was included written in the package written in screenshot. The hotel and booking.com refused to provide it saying no its not included. We sent a screenshot still they did not agree. Never book this hotel and major lapse In judgement and communication from booking.com. Clearly a Case of harassing the customer. Plus no WiFi available even though it was said and written in the booking that it is there.

Food was terrible. We tried both veg and nonveg.Daal and paneer chilly was horrible.It was stale.And for the fish we asked for one fish and they served another.And didn't even bothered to inform us about this change.Mentioned when we asked and for that aslo they were confused. If you are planning to visit then you need to ask for everything even for the complementory things. It is overpriced for such a bad quality food. Pathetic service.

Amazing ..... a well designed hotel in Manendragarh

Service- Very Poor, they gave room for 3 days but on day 1 itself at night , they called and told to vacate the room next morning 8am. After we checked out Then again called and told to come back stating rooms are available. Hotel room is ok, but they charge like 4 star hotel. No Kettle, in the price of 2500 /day. Bedsheet had stains.
