Hotel Downtown Lite

It's a good place to stay. Mainly it is good for attenders of a patient admitted in Apollo hospitals Bilaspur as it provides all necessary amenities.

Room was not even cleaned properly , no water wear kept in room even in every hotel complimentary water are available , they took extra charges for water bathroom wear not clean . Asking for food the plates wear not even washed properly poor management taking unnecessary charges for water which should be free

I have been a regular guest at this hotel since it opened and am always grateful for the many occasions I have spent at this hotel such as my graduation, my wife's birthday, my parents' 25th birthday, my daughter's birthday, and our New Year celebrations. . The service and taste they offer to this day. But today (July 16, 2022), after the pandemic, they have really pathetic service. There are 12-15 desserts on the menu, none of which are available (except for 2 basic flavors). No reaction on Bill's face, no apology, no remorse.

Horrible.. Only money minting. Small room, TV is not working. In bathroom, tap is broken, couldn't take bath there. In the name of toilet kit, only small lifebuoy soap was provided. Towel is stinking, cannot be used.. Charging equal to a 3 star facility without providing basic amenities.. Too bad... Too costly...

Room is spacious but bathroom is very dirty. In my three days of stay, I had to remind them everyday to clean it. They gave me a dirty bucket n mug, on the top of it. No facilities of soap, toothpaste, taps not working properly. No hamgars in wardrobe Phone service not working I am not happy. Never gonna visit again But rooms are good.

I "WAS" permanent customer of this Hotel from its opening, I celebrated my Graduation, My wife's birthday,My Parents' 25th Anniversary, My Daughter's birthday, I Celebrated New year, and many more ocassions I spent in this hotel I always Appreciated the service and taste they provide till date. But Today (16th of July 2022) after pandemic they are giving really pathetic service, they have 12-15 desserts in their menu and none of them (except 2 basic flavour) are available, really really really disappointed, and at last when I paid the bill there is no response, apologies or any regret on their face. I have always recommended this hotel for once a visit but now I would recommend a "tthelaa" or "gumttii" instead of this.

We stayed for a week and I can say with certainty that it was bad experience for the price we paid. The rooms maintenance was below standard, hot water was only available after repeated reminders to the reception, sockets had earthing issue and the landline was not functional.

I have a lots of memories with my friends and someone special here.. so its the best experience for me staying here.. hospitality and rooms were too good and comfortable,its my pleasure to visit here..
