Simply amazing service be it in terms of rooms, cleanliness, food, staff, ambience and everything! Every request for a smooth stay is heard to and met with best way possible. Each specification in food is taken care of. Pool area is so soothing. And Washrooms are the most fancy part of the room! Love to stay in Tulip Arena every time I visit Raipur.

I was impressed by the hotel's exceptional hospitality during my recent training stay. As the only Muslim among 65 candidates, I was touched by their thoughtful Ramadan arrangements. They provided a separate Iftar and Sehri, adjusted meal timings. The staff's kindness and cultural sensitivity ensured I could observe Ramadan comfortably while focusing on my training. Their inclusive approach made me feel valued and respected. Highly recommended for their outstanding service!"

Worst hospitality experience ever. Unprofessional and rude staff. Not at all accomodating and helpful. I travel a lot and enjoy exploring different hotels but tbh this hotel was pathetic. Hospitality is all about how you welcome a guest and address them. That's the foremost thing to be followed by a basic or a luxury hotel. They don't even know how to do that. Night shift front desk staff, you really need training. And a bit of emotional concern for your guests. In India such kind of broken hospitality is literally shameful.

Beautiful and clean room ... good service. Very helpful staff ... breakfast was too gud and THe Best part is that they provided us breakfast before time on request... I was there for a tournament and match timing was too early .....very thankful for this .... Washroom was neat and clean but the floor of washroom needs to change.... It's out of date Nice hotel

Very nice hotel and staff. Stayed for friends wedding and the arrangement was upto standard. Rooms are very nice and spacious equivalent to a 1BHK in mumbai.

Very very bad service. Booked the hotel from Goibibo and paid almost 5K for 1 night. It was a late night checkin and the hotel staff didn't even bother to take our details and straight away refused to do any checkin on our faces without even considering checking the booking in the website. They were so rigid in denying our entry that we had no option but to leave. The time was around 1 AM. We did not use a single service of theirs and still Goibibo and the hotel refused to refund us the full amount. Pathetic behaviour of the hotel staff. Pathetic support from Goibibo. I pray a lot of financial loss for both Tulip Arena and Goibibo.
