Very nice place for chilling nd make memories

1. Actual charges are other (higher) than what they have written in their menu. 2. The AIR condition sounds like a drumming concert, you can have a wonderful sleep if you can sleep with drums. 3. Tea was good, only if you like it to be sweet like Kheer. 4. Service was good and angara veg was wonderful (nothing sarcastic). 5. the room charges are as good as a Three star but the rooms certainly does not match. 6. the hotel does not Promote "save water" they ask the Guest to spill at least a couple of bucket of Waters to get access to their stored hot water.

Hello everyone. Recently when I visited this hotel in Korba with my wife we were delighted with their service and communication mainly. Why im saying this because in the morning we ordered for card on a urgent basis and provided the same with in a minutes. I know this is not a big thing but it's really add some value to the hotel. Otherwise rest of the thing is normal and food is not great but okay. Stuffs behaviour is one important thing which is quite satisfactory we found. You can surely go and enjoy your stay. No complaints thank you.

This is one of the better hotels compared to the few available hotels in Korba where a business traveler can comfortably stay. Conveniently located at the shopping area of Transport Nagar, not too far from Vedanta Balco's Aluminium Smelter. Reasonably clean air-conditioned rooms with courteous staff. Average food in a mediocre restaurant. Rental is very reasonable. .

Good location near shopping center. Rooms are good but bathroom is average. Complimentary breakfast is good. They can arrange complimentary pick up and drop to railway station. Front desk is courteous. They provide free wi fi.

It is a very good hotel with restaurant. Rooms are good and air conditioned. Bathroom is also good. Service is also maintained properly. Breakfast is complementary. Car parking is at minus metre. Lift is not having automatic, but maintained at good condition. It is located by main road at Transport Nagar. So you'll get bus and auto easily. A market complex is just at ground floor and lots of products are available nearby. Also SBI ATM is just few steps from its entrance is very helpful. One thing I faced that I was told that they provide corporate discount of 10 to 15% at the time of check in. But they totally declined at the time check out and also they charges extra as GST. This was totally objectionable. But we were helpless.

Very Poor services, Poor hygiene, no health conscious of arrival guests. Food Preparation is not suitable for moderate age group. Using unwanted colours are very harmful to the guests. Finally no proper house keeping .on demand only they have Provided. Please rectify and review your short coming areas if Possible for better ment of guests care and good health. Attitude of staff: Helpful Service: Quick Food: Not great Room: Modest facilities. There is no coffee maker. Linen may be stained and dirty. ask for new ones. AC and fan ate there. TV facility is also available. Washroom: Clean. Western type commode. Hot and cold shower facilities. Basin area needs light. Shampoo , soap, and shower cap are complimentary. It seems that the bottles are refilled. Bed: Depends on your choice. King size bed and separated cost, both are available. Visibility from main road: Good. The complex also houses several electronic shops and a fast food joint. Well connected to the city centre. There is a whole sale market nearby. An hour long drive through the forest areas maintained by BALCO and there are a few viewing points up there.
