Moderate hotel best to stay in jamnipali korba

Service needs to be improved a lot. They have inexperienced staff. Food preparation time is long. Portions are comparatively larger. Do not order too much food from them. Quality is average. Pricing is ok ok, with respect to the quantity.

It's a good place to stay , it's good for business people and they also do weddings at their place. Our room was big and had clean washroom. Room service was good Food was good. Staff behavior is friendly and helpful. There's a grocery super store in the hotel campus which is good for purchasing necessary stuff. Parking is available for your vehicles. There's a restaurant on the ground floor. Where you can dine in or one can order room service.

Location is gr8, lies in the main road just before entering the NTPC Colony, food were ok and service is also good. I went their many times with my friends and families for several occasions as it is closed to my house. Few of friends even stay in their rooms and rooms were ok with all the basic amenities.

Need to Modify the Delux rooms. Need to upgrade the staff training.

Worst service which I ever got in any hotels or restaurant. I visited with my friends here and initially they take more that 40to 45 minutes to seves 1st bowl and after that it seemed they forget to serve us in between food we wait 20-30 minutes and on asking again and again they just said sir 5 minutes. Surprisingly we saw they started to serve another costomer.and literally we came back from they with half completion of food. Noone was there to take responsibility...it's humble request to costomer never ever visit that place. In place of it you can visit ICH which is in Ntpc township.

I have used banquet service...staff are very helpful and the venue is very good. parking has lots of space and food is very tasty

How ever beautiful you make the things, if, in hospitality industry you cannot manage a proper service you are a failure. And thats what this hotel does. One of pathetic services i have got here. I have travelled across india but never ever seen such slowness in service. For every question asked they have one simple answer "Getting it done sir" and it never happens. For breakfast we had to follow for atleast 15 times and dinner they took 50 mins to serve. Worst experience ever.
