Hotel Ans International

The hotel itself boasts good facilities and a pleasant ambiance, making it a potentially excellent choice for travelers visiting the city. However, the overall experience is somewhat marred by inconsistencies in service. The hotel's infrastructure is commendable. The rooms are well-maintained and provide a comfortable environment, fulfilling the basic expectations of a good hotel. The general cleanliness and upkeep of the property are also noteworthy. Unfortunately, the service aspect of Ans International requires significant improvement. While the staff is generally polite, responsiveness and efficiency are areas that need attention. There were instances where requests took longer than expected to be addressed, and a general lack of proactive service was noticeable.

Unprofessional poorly organised waiters & management They do GST FRAUD and gives do illegal billing Dis respectful with our family and guests extreme shortage of food despite of giving exact idea about the guest numbers horrible way of talking by staff & management when we complained about this *I strongly do not recommend this* *Please do not book ans international if you dont want to ruin you special day and function.*

This must have been a good hotel, 15 years back. a) Internet doesn't work b) Bathroom drain does not drain out water c) Room windows are broken/cracked so you enjoy all of the noise from the busy road outside d) there is construction going on in the hotel so there is always a noise in the room during the working hours e) as a cost saving measure the hotel switches off the common area lights. As a result the corridors are unilluminated and dark f)Room has a layer of dirt/soot due to excessive pollution from mines, and the room doesn't have slippers which means you risk carrying all of it to the bed g) staff is rude and argumentative. The answer of the technical person on demonstrating that internet is not working is .." but it is working for me on my phone". The answer of the reception staff is " this is the password, you must be entering it wrong". I had planned to stay for two nights but escaped after the first and booked into another hotel. Don't make the mistake I made, and don't book this hotel.

We really had an awful experience visiting this so called international hotel for the very first time with a complete family on 22/11/2024. As we were new their we didn't knew that non vegetarian and vegetarian dinings are seperate...so we went to the kasba dining , their we asked for non vegetarian menu and the waitress willingly provided it to us, we ordered food and waited. A few min after our starter arrived and when we had almost completed it, one of the staff members came and told us to shift to their non vegetarian dining, not really happy but we agreed and went upstairs , there he took us to their bar and restaurant area which was awfully stinking badly with smoke and alcoholic smell. When deciding the dining u should atleast take care bcz families like us with girl child and ladies will never be comfortable in such an arena . We told them that we were not at all comfortable there and irritated by this, we wanted to leave but on water's request we proceeded to their old and dusty VIP lounge and sat their...when they gave the plates , it was all dusty like not washed from many past years. We then , asked for the bill because we couldn't accept this dining after such great prices, they took nearly half an hour to produce the bill and wasted our time, also the bill which they gave was of their bar, printed in a normal paper sheet .... Totally ruined our day with such bad hospitality, really a miserable experience, would never recommend this and never visit again . It's the same like a big hyped place with 0 hospitality and 0 knowledge about management.

Rooms are too old ,AC not working properly. Rooms are dark,lights needs to be upgraded. TV old generation and Bathroom- some one will remember again 90s. Best Part is the location.

I have visited this hotel in friends marriage party , and my experience to visit this hotel is very good . the food quality is decent in this hotel and the behaviour of the hotel staffs are also good . this hotel is located at good place you can easily reach out there,

The stay in the hotel was very pleasant especially the hygiene and safety aspects were very well addressed.Services were prompt. The hotel manager took extra pains in helping get an upgraded room as well. Location wise the property is very conveniently placed. The morning breakfast spread was impressive. Overall a very good stay gir me and my family. Highly recommend the property.

Old hotel furniture, curtains are torn, cockroaches in every location room n washroom, no toiletries available, toilet seating damage n of weak plastic, smell of cigarettes continues, water not available. Suite room n water issue, unable to recommend even 0.5%.
