the rooms are good but not well maintained. They gave us a room without proper cleaning it. room are good, bathroom is also good. they do daily cleaning once you accomodate. have lots of network issue. the staffs will be not be listening to your problems unless. One thing i felt which is very bad is that they do not let us select room according to our need, instead they give us room what they want. We wanted a non-ac room for 2 person, but instead they gave us a room where it had AC at the price twice that of before and on the top of that the room ACs were not in working conditions. they will give you AC rooms without ac working and twice the price of non-AC, as a Non-ac room. Room needs were urgent therefore has to accomodate there. I hope they will rectify this and will give rooms according to the tariffs pamplete with the features that are mentioned on it.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely rude and treated us as if we were staying for free. When we raised a complaint, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The basic amenities were also lacking - no drinking water was provided even when requested, and the cleanliness was poor, with insects in the room. Additionally, there was only one charging socket in the room, which was broken, making it impossible for a family to charge their electronic devices. I would not recommend staying here.

I booked a room for one person for a single night at Rs. 1663/-, which was after found too expensive for such a substandard room. Toiletaries are of worst quality and rooms are badly maintained. Staffs disturbed me frequently for nothing. A staff in reception named "Prince" is manner less and rude. During check out he several times denied to produce my room tariff receipt whereas the room was booked properly online. Please don't ever book a room at that hotel, mannerless and unprofessional staffs would harrass you without any cause.

Good location, In front of Railway station exit gate. There is no restaurant in the hotel. But they can arrange all from outside
