Didn't stay there, was a part of a wedding ceremony; seemed a decent place. The staff seemed efficient, the tea was pretty good. The Location is pretty near the temple. The approach road isn't much hip though.

Room was nice and spacious and you get a nice view of mountain from the room, the staff was very friendly, the service was pretty good and the best thing here was the food. The food was very delicious.

I had a very brief stay at the hotel but was amazed with the service and facilities at such a remote place. The hotel is perfectly located on the main road very close to the Jain temple. The staff is very well behaved. We and prior booking and reached very late in the night but the staff was very kind and asked us to grab some rest first rather than spending more time in checkin. Everything was done smoothly in the morning. Really appreciate the service.

We stayed from 14.02.2024 to 17.02.204. Hotel rooms are spacious. Bathroom hardware and other furniture are also nice. Overall, outside view is also good. Food also we found very tasty and good quality. However, the owner and management seems tto be with one strong mind set that constructing a hotel with good quality interior and fittings are all about hospitality and customer satisfaction. And therefore, they don't prefer to focus on the qualitative services and better management. We experienced that our room was not cleaned for 2 days. Cleaning and changing of the bed sheets were undertaken only after strong instructions in a shouting tone. Lift was switched off on 3rd day when almost every other guests had checked out. We had to climb the stairs. Sopas were not provided because liquid soap bottles were fixed in a bath room. But, hanging at a higher level. So, one has to stand up from a very low level and a very small low quality stool provided in a bath room. Very difficult to stand up. Stool is made of the low quality plastic which bent and bulged out once it came in contact with hot water. A ceiling fan was not working. They provided a low quality unbranded pedastal fan whose oscilation fiting knob was broken. After referring all previous negative reviews and response of the owner against all those negative reviews, I could conclude that the management is in an offensive mood than trying to understand the facts about the genuineness of the complaints and resolving them.

We have visited the restaurant and ordered starter and main course, in starter we have ordered crispy corn, veg manchurian, roasted chana and paneer 65, out of the 4 starter only crispy corn and roasted chana was ok rest all are very bad, veg manchurian was half cooked, paneer 65 is also very bad in the main course we have ordered veg Kolhapuri and veg khurchan taste of both are very bad, The worst part is the bread, garlic naan was half cooked and not edible so overall it's the worst experience and it's totally money waste
