Very dirty and unhygienic type of rooms, actually you will feel as this is a government guest house which has been turned as lodging purpose, definitely the bathrooms are very dirty, water coming from roof, I will not recommend anyone to stay there.

Staff needs to be more professional. It takes almost an hour to deliver your food after you order it The rooms are quite spacious but the look is too obsolete. Even the television is from 90's

Overall the experience in hotel is good, rooms were spacious and good, the staff is kind in behaviour and cooperative, hotel is located in busy area and is good for business trips as main areas are nearby to the hotel. Public transport is easily accessible from outside the hotel.

Good Approchable place, Good service transportation is easily Available, Good and Tasty and various food items and Good Room service available. Also Booked for Marriage and Birthday parties . Full spacious, Good Rooms, Two Big Hall fully A. C. ,Spacious and Beautiful Garden for Party and very nice Environment Overall Very good Hotel with Economical Rates.

Okay hotel for a short stay. Food is not good. Elevators are not their for elder people. Also the furniture of the hotel is too old. Hot water supply was not their, we had to ask each and everytime for hot water to the reception people. Ample parking space for 4 wheelers. A number of food joints are at a walking distance from the hotel if you want to try street food. Safe stay as it is next to the police headquarters.

Booked a room via telephone 2 days prior to my korba visit, the person incharge agreed and said he'll keep it ready. On the day when I reached the hotel, they cancelled on me because they booked for a marriage for the next day. Utterly unprofessional and unethical, I was standed and had to find a new hotel in night. Shameful fellow said his boss said to cancel everyone because he bagged a marriage.

Very much likeable and affordable for low budget people. Have been stayed there couple of times so i can say that it's one of the safest hotel in korba, Chhattisgarh. Just opposite the district court, and beside the collectorate office this hotel is occupied very frequently by wedding groups or families. Staffs are friendly and good behaved. They understand people's need and provide also good food. No hot water system in the washroom and the rooms need some decorative work. A LED television set is needed in the room also people don't like old TV's of yours. Thank you for your hospitality.
