Hotel Maa Jagdamba Palace Bilaspur

Great Location and Spacious Rooms I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel's location was fantastic near Mangla chowk, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds. The staff was friendly and helpful. While the restaurant offered decent food, there's room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. Also the toiletries and basic soaps etc were missing. TV was not working where set.top box only was missing. Hot water facility is there with geyser fitted but takes time to hot water. With a bit more attention to detail, this could be a truly exceptional stay.

Very bad experience, Worst romm service, Dirty bed sheet, room charges are high with zero service, even in the 2400 room charges no complementary breakfast, Very bad experience, I won't suggest for this hotel.

I went to this Hotel with my Office teams, Very good premises with tempting food under the budget, We also saw the rooms, washrooms kitchen are very neat and clean, even MD of the Hotel use to visit the Kitchen for safety and taste inspections. Service staffs and parking people are truly humble and great. Thanks to Jagdamba people to make this place best@Bilaspur.

Worst service. Shower not working. Rooms were not cleaned before check in. Complimentary breakfast served only 1 item. No drinking water provided Shower wasn't working. The management gave water bottles but was asking money for same. Room wasn't clean. It was with cigarette smoke smell. Hairs were lying down . On notice they changed the room. Breakfast when asked for toast butter it was told bread is not available and the same was served in room service. Totally unprofessional. Just a new lodge. It can't be categorised as hotel
