Collection O 45443 Hotel Suvidha

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The staff lacked courtesy and were not helpful during our stay, which really dampened the experience. Important Note: Do not book this hotel through the OYO app. The app shows a room price of 800, but when you arrive, the hotel management refuses to honor the rate and demands additional payment. This dishonest practice is unacceptable and frustrating for guests. While the rooms are great, the lack of professionalism and transparency makes it hard to recommend this place. Proceed with caution if you're considering staying here!

Neat and Tidy. Something you don't often associate with CG hotels in this price range. Elderly people might reconsider their bookings as Lift is not available but the building is just 2-3 floors. Overall no complaints, its budget friendly and value for money. Thanks for the peaceful stay

It was a nice experience staying for few days here. Room was nice, and cozy, food was great but bit costly, room service was nice, hassle free check in and out, location wise centre of Bilaspur. Would have provided complimentary breakfast.

Hotel manager refused to accept OYO online booking. Paid Rs 1200 instead of Rs 800. The hotel is good, good location. The cleanliness and hygiene is good. Toilet bathrooms were clean and the arrangement is good. The hotel logo, the house keeping and the behavior of all the staff is good. The hotel provides a very safe environment. There is no interference and disturbance of any kind. Overall good but had to pay a lot of money.

Don't provide like Room No. 114 if someone pays for a classic room.Remains good.

Worst stay ever. Bedsheets, pillow cover, quilt everything was dirty. Room floor was also not clean. Mosquitoes all over the place. Manager had attitude like he is giving me a room in taj. But the room was not worth 200. I think they want negative reviews that's why giving these type of rooms. At this price I booked another hotel the next day, which was 100 times better and lavish. Never book this hotel, go for another one.

Believe me all reviews are fake that has given 5 star to this hotel. 1. The staff behavior was very rude, impolite. 2. Directly declined about room instead of my booking. 3. Doesn't even listen to customer care executive when they called. 4. Can't adjust for 5 min if you stay bit time extra Directly will charge you 500 rs 5. Rooms are small and facilities not work properly. So I suggest don't go there..

This time staying very bad experience, doesn't work tv and shower,and they do not provide towels, food test very bad . Next staying do choose this one. And. Taking extra charge for early check-in
