Worst experience ever and I'm not gonna book again and I'll tell my knowns not to book this hotel. I booked it with rupees 514 and coupons worth 241. First they didn't pick call when I called them lot of times to confirm my stay, upon reaching there they started asking more money, they asked me not to pay on Oyo app but to pay them the amount and that too 1000 rupees, I had paid money to reach there and they started asking more money, if they wanted more money then they could have picked my call and could have told me before and the most important thing, why do I need to pay extra when I already used my coupon and the price are fixed on the app. Worst place ever. I'll urge you guys not to go there.

Uncleaned rooms....... Staff is so idiotic..... They take bookings on oyo but when the guest shows up they simply deny and demand additional money for rooms

Agar minius star hota to wo deta mai es ghatiya hotel ko pathetic hotel owner and staff they listed on oyo with cheap price and after booking when you go in this hotel they demand more extra money and if you don't pay it they will tell you no room available booking k baad bhi room nhi milega

Be careful from fake reviews, most of them are their staff only. I wanted to give negative rating unfortunately not available. **for new guest it is a big warning don't come in this hotel unless and until you can compromise : 1. your privacy 2. The services 3. The room experience 4. The money 5. The threat from owner (in case you are not cooperating) 6. If you book online, they will bangg you for sure. By the way I am a research scholar of IIT kharagpur, recently visited bilaspur for seminar and came late night in this hotel and was shocked to see the response for the first time in my life. They will treat you like anything. Finally this hotel is not kid-friendly nor family friendly. Some disgusting activities were going onn (hope you understand nasha and all things) so choose wisely. Just wanted to help you out guys from getting into this trap kind of thing otherwise I'm least bothered about writing a review about anything. Thanks !!

Overall ok ok hotel but if you pay online then you will suffer as they will ask for extra money if you book online. Or else go to hotel and book for 1000/night.

Extra money demand otherwise no room available for oyo booking customer, and staff behaviour very bad, very poor place, I hate Oyo, today uninstall oyo app, and again I'm not use oyo, worst experience in hotel management, hotel staff demanding extra money, mauke ka fayda uta rahe hotel wale, Aur paise nahi dene par room nahi dete Please bhaiyo yaha kabhi mat jana...

Absolutely pathetic and sleazy motel. Untrained and rude staff. Located in a narrow road with no option to take SUV etc. I booked this hotel through OYO website. On checkin, they started demanding extra money saying they can't give room on OYO rates. We had to wait for an hour and call OYO customer care, file complain and get their customer service executive online to sort out the issue. There were other people in the group who had already paid the extra amount. Horrible experience, never book this hotel, especially female and family travelers.
