SPOT ON Hotel Krrish

I would've rated 5 not I'm not gonna do it bcoz when i booked online the price was Rs. 426/- but when i was check-in they asked we don't follow that we charge 1000 for a day. I had no choice but had to pay 800/-. It was so annoying and disturb when they at last moment tell you to pay... Other than this, everything is fine.

We were denied Cheking in as the manager said even after it was a prepaid booking & the amount paid is low than what they actually listed in the Brand Partner App and they won't allow us to check in. And we will have to pay 500-800 over the Booked amount to stay alwo there was no refund for the Pre-booking amount...... Worst experience ever...... Neither the Manager was Cooperative Nor The Customer Service Helpline answered the calls....... Was unable to connect to the Customer care executive....... After being kept on hold for a ln eternity.

A pathetic hotel to stay with family or friends. If you have booked through Oyo they will just reject your booking and tell you to book the rooms from the reception then and there only. They just want to earn money with unfair means and they won't help you with anything. I had booked 2 rooms 10 days before my arrival through Oyo and when I reached the hotel at around 6 AM the manager told me they will not accept the Oyo bookings but if I wanted a room I have to pay double of Oyo's rate. Extremely bad experience and not at all a family hotel.

Worst hotel & worst staff I have ever seen... Highly unprofessional & illmannered. Dont even think of visiting this hotel... My worst ever experience started from reception itself. At first they quoted high rates, later I gave oyo's reference, so they asked me to book through Oyo app but pay offline (as in online payment, they get less commission-they told) I agreed, later he told me that u will have to give a good review on oyo, I said neither I am booking/paying online nor u r giving any discount on offline payment then why should I give reviews for you. Then comes the big picture, he (a boy @ reception) directly threated me & said that it wont be good for you. "agar aisa hai to mujhse bura koi nahi hoga" After listening to this, I have cancelled my booking on the spot, told him "jo ukhadna hai ukhad lena" & I left the hotel. So, This is the hospitality services, these people will provide customers at their hotel.

worst service ever.. hotel room very dirty and the place are cheap location washroom also yakk and staff asking for give more money and done offline booking.. he offer me 999/ for non AC room and room condition like a government complex

3rd class rooms.. Gives us the dirty towels and after requesting for fresh towels they given us the dirty one again. Pathetic rooms and bathroom..The boy at the desk took my phone and give feedback by his own without my permission in oyo app.

Nice hotel krrish and hotel staff behavior is vary nice and hotel facilities is very nice and room is vary clean I hope to nest time visit now this hotel I am so happy this hotel I requested for Couple come not this hotel very safe and security and staff very sporting help for couples is very safe this hotel don't vary no problem

Hotel reject check-in and say.. your booking price is low talk to oyo customer care or agree on our prices there prices are just more than double what we are seen on app..
