The food was extremely delicious, the ambiance was delightful, and the waterfall created a surreal experience during dinner. The service was quick, the staff were cooperative, and overall, I had a wonderful executive experience at CRYSTAL

Pros-1)Room is ok 2)Locality in main city 3) Car parking space 4)Clean Cons-1)Before booking ,be it sure that drinking warm water is available or not specially in winter season.As electric kettle is not available in my room. As usually at this price ,electric kettle is available in other hotel. 2)After 2-3 hrs of check -in the hotel till then water bottle or drinking water not provided,Then we go outside the room for some programe and took water bottle from outside. 3) At the time of check-in, at reception table they gave me tea. I think they gave me as complimentary as guest because i did not demand for tea .At the time of check -out ,they included bill of tea. 4) They provided one sampoo sachet ,one hair oil sachet and one soap. For atleast two guests 2 sampoo sachets and 2 hair oil sachets should be provided as per no of guests. 5) TV is available but not recharged. So i was unable to view TV programmes. I have faced all these issues ,may vary for other persons. My suggestion is that prefer some other hotel at same price with better amenities and facilities if available.

This hotel is located conveniently near market and city and ring road. Rooms are fresh,large in size, hotel having swimming facility, nice restaurant. Good service

A nice hotel with good amenities. Staff are court diya and service is promotion. Room was neat and clean. Located at Kharida Road. Parking facility available. Food is very good. Service is very good all staff.

The location of the property is in the city only it's very easy to reach the location by any local auto rickshaw due to Ola and Uber is not available in the city. The staff's behaviour is very polite and humble. Cleaning of the hotel is up to the mark but the bedsheet and pillows were not clean once you check in please do cross check and ask them to change it. In the hotel you will get clinic plus shappo, almond hair oil and the one soap only in complimentary rest dental kit Shaving kit and toiletries kit you need carry due to hotel not provides it. If you forget to carry you need to adjust yourself. In the food menu if you have booked online your dinner or lunch you will get Veg thali which is enough for one persons. From Raipur to ambikapur night journey train available which leave you early morning at approx 7AM o'clock. If you come early for a check in the hotel you will face the issue to checkout tomorrow before 24 hrs so plan accordingly you will not get any support from the hotel to do a late check out. Please do clear with the hotel before check in for the GST invoice if you want.

The food was excellent And hotel staff is very polite and cooperative

Food was okay room was also decent but the behaviour was the worst we had a conversation on call regarding tariff and they told us rs 2650 with complimentary breakfast and when we asked for it they on our face denied saying its without breakfast and when we asked them to hear the recording where they clearly said 2650 with bf and then they said the recordings might be edited we will not accept it, no management they should learn how to manage a hotel and they were so rude that all our experience turned into worst memory
