Hotel Alankar Greens

Good property to live in the area. Good location, with in main market. All types of shops nearby. Clean hotel and good food. Nice place to organising any function or for marriage celebration. I would suggest the hotel for more staff training and increasing the work force in peak time. I found scope of improvement in staff and room services.

As a traveller, we parked our bike in the parking area. But while leaving the hotel we noticed the bike was not in the position we have parked at night. later on discovered the scratches on bike parts [qki gadi gira tha unke premises me, unhone bss utha ke rakh diya] Jab confront kiya reception me, they talked very rudely and their behavior was very pathetic. they were arguing and i have told them there was no watchman while we were leaving. I asked for the recordings of that day to see but they were Rude and blaming the customer only. The day was 24 November on which this happened and till date no query has been done by the hotels [because in call i have asked them to pay for the damages. for this their receptionist talked loudly and rudely]. I want to tag the GOIBIBO app for the same as i have booked from their site only. AND JUST BECAUSE ITS A BIKE AND NOT CAR, DOESN'T MEAN THEY HAVE TO BE QUITE RUDE. EVERY CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED SAME RESPECT.
