Very very worst place to stay.Doors was broken,sistern (toilet)is not working, bedsheets & blanket smells very bad & not cleaned.Hotel food was worst & I booked my room with breakfast but they said that our cook is not well & they arranged food from outside...food is like from local "theela".Staff is very bad & no idea how to talk with customers.No facilities at all.Never-ever go for it.

Great place. Great location. Room size was ok. Service was excellent. Staff and manager was very supportive. Food was average but better than nearby places. Only 1 concern for old age people that you have to climb few stairs(15-20 stairs).

Hotel staff is good but rooms are suffocating bedsheets and comforters are terrible

Very small rooms, even the super deluxe one. No hot water in the washroom. Bedsheets & pillow covers were dirty. Quite costly room with these kind of services. Just location wise this hotel is good. Otherwise a nightmare for Senior citizens as no lift in the hotel and all the rooms are on Second floor.

Rooms were average, don't expect great room service. Location was fine, I think it was residential area. Market was nearby. My main issue was stairs, hotel is on first floor and our room was on second. As there is no lift elderly people might find it difficult to reach the rooms. My mother recently had knee surgery and it took nearly 10 minutes to reach the room.

Old and dirty rooms, full of hairs of previous customers. Receptionist tried to overcharge us despite booking rates. He simply changed the price in front of us thinking we would have accepted because there was heavy rain. I guess they do this mainly with foreigners. Anyway 1300 rupees for a room with such ridiculous low standards. You can get better rooms for that money.

I wish there was option to give 0 stars as well. I have never seen any worst hotel than this property. It's not even a lodge I would say. Please never book this hotel. Also the old man at reception is very rude. Will never recommend this to anyone.

I called the hotel to book a family room with a mattress. They commit me to do it on the call. Then when we reached the hotel they said they won't give a family room. To 5 people. They commit false statement to us. Also the pictures they send me is different from the rooms with 0 hygiene. Owner was rude . He gave us false commitment
