Hotel Surya Palace

The rooms are clean and well service given by staff... But the main reason for choosing this as a stay is 24 hours open and you can visit any time and staff is very coprative... You feel like home... They corporate you with check out time even.. Like delaying or to keep luggage etc.

Ultra poor location for stay. Pls avoid staying if you are travelling with family. These sets of Hotels are build over vehicle garages and the way the technician and mechanics looks at people coming from outside is scary. Would have rated in negative but option was not available.

They charge diff from diff customers for same non AC room.... rooms are stinky, and the furniture, door locks, bathroom [water closet, sink tap, bathroom shower etc. ] are broken .... they do not provide any complementary services, though they mention the same... even they show a lower price on the website rather charge extra on arrival...

Horrible experience, dirty rooms, I doubt whether they atleast sweep the floor. AC was not working. No hand shower in toilet. Below average and upto the price. Not at all suitable for family stay

Amazing and friendly staff, great rooms they even have food delivered to your room which is very delicious if you're going to stay here don't think twice .

Very bad experience 3rd class location and rooms also 30 years old AC installed in rooms which the take around 2-3 hr to start r Price is sooo high You can find more best and cheaper hotel around him

Broccoli is not good girl

The first impressions of the hotel reminded me of hotel decent from Jab we met. But it turned out to be a lot better. We stayed in the hotel just for 2-3 hours and the service provided during this time was great. ||||The room is average, not clean. The doors are not in good shape. But comes with an AC. There's nothing much you can expect to do here other than stay for the night. If you plan on spending more time in the hotel, do not book this one. Its about 3 kms from ISBT bus stand and around 8 kms from Sukhna lake.
