This establishment is more of a lodge than a hotel and falls short in providing a satisfactory guest experience. The staff lacks basic hospitality skills, and the food quality is subpar. Services are virtually non-existent. Older guests should avoid this place entirely, as it has no elevator. Additionally, there is no proper dining area, no toiletries provided, and the overall environment feels cramped and uncomfortable. Prices are unreasonably high during peak seasons. This accommodation is not recommended. Consider exploring alternatives.

Poor selection of staff. Rude and mannerless like anything. Charges are sky shooting even for small rooms. Not valuable. Do Not hold guest centric approach at all. Had a very bad experience with them. Will never ever recommend anybody.

It is a good hotel. The staff was very polite and treats the guests in a very good manner. The location of the hotel is amazing it is a proper market and has good outlets in it. However they should keep a check on the cleanliness of the hotel. I just found some problems in cleanliness that's why giving this place a 4 stars.

Hi the hotel is very good ,ambiance is very good ,staff nature is very calm and polite they welcome their guest by their loving smile and respect them alot ,this was my first experience to stay here but i decided whenever i ll come to chd i ll stay here ,all the best guy keep up the good work.
