Hotel Swagatam International (Tarapith)

I stayed here with my family. The rooms were very clean. They use to come daily and change the bedsheets and replace the toiletries. The food was very delicious. And the location was perfect. If you're looking for a budget-friendly decent stay in Tarapith, this is the best option.

I recently had a disappointing and disturbing experience at this hotel. The staff and management's behavior was appalling, all stemming from a minor issue with a towel. During my stay, a towel accidentally fell from my balcony to the garden due to strong winds. It became dirty, but I didn't think much of it. However, at check-out, the manager demanded that I pay 500 for the towel, claiming it was my responsibility. When I explained that it wasn't our fault, the situation escalated. The manager and staff became abusive, using foul language and even threatening physical harm. This behavior was completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of service and respect. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the poor behavior of its staff and management. *Rating Breakdown:* - Cleanliness: 2/5 - Service: 1/5 - Value: 1/5

Overall a good stay. At the proper location and awesome pool & outside view. Restaurant food is clean and hygienic. Cooperative Staff and management. However, management should look towards maintenance also. A little bit of mosquito in the room despite Mosquito repellent on and the balcony shutter with missing lock holder.

Hotel Management was very good foods are too good quality and food price was avarage not so high and no so cheap but one thing food was very good quality.Room was very clean and bathroom was also clean and also spaciousof both. Balcony was very good. Overall our stay was very good and thanking to all staff.

We have had a very pleasant stay at Swagatam Intl Tarapith. The staff is extremely efficient and courteous. The food is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. Maa Tara's temple is at a very convenient distance from the hotel. We would surely recommend this hotel to others.

Had a lovely stay. The staff are courteous and well behaved. The location is good as well. The temple can be reached by toto (it's not walking distance). Though not the best value-for-money hotel, it's a great one if you want a slightly luxurious experience.

I had a stay for two days with my family. We had booked double bedroom and must say the stay was wonderful. The room was clean and tidy. The washroom was very spacious and clean as well. We got a beautiful view from our balcony. They have a broad campus of the property along with a little park too. Also they have a nice view of swimming pool where we had a great time. Not to mention the staff were very cooperative. I loved the experience overall. Thank you so much. Would love to stay over again.

We had a short trip to Hotel Swagatam International. Overall our experience was good, but it is very unfortunate that the food cooked was extremely unpalatable, very spicy and tasteless. The management should seriously address this problem, otherwise apart from food, it was a pleasant experience.
