Sri Radhe Resort

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The staff was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. * Towels were not provided even after repeated requests. * Shockingly, hotel staff entered our room without permission under the excuse of "checking" -- even when kids were inside. This is a serious violation of privacy. * The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. * We were called early in the morning at 8:00 AM and rudely told to vacate the room, even though our checkout time had not passed. * Instead of solving issues, the staff kept arguing over petty and unnecessary things, showing no concern for guest comfort.

Extremely disappointed and concerned about the lack of professionalism and basic respect at this hotel. One of the most unacceptable incidents happened when a staff member came to "check the room" without proper notice or permission -- while my wife and children were inside. This is a serious invasion of privacy and completely inappropriate. On top of that, we had to ask multiple times just to get fresh towels, and even then, the staff was uncooperative and showed no urgency. The receptionist was particularly rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome from the start. Cleanliness was below average, with stained sheets and a foul smell in the bathroom. This hotel needs major improvements in both service and staff training. I would not recommend this place to families or anyone expecting basic hospitality and respect.

We had tried veg food Butter Naan and Matar Paneer. The food was good with a very nice ambiance. Staff are well-behaved and polite. Very good experience.

Absolutely not recommended -- especially for families. Management seriously needs to train their staff in basic manners and hospitality.

Super quality food and the best part is the interior and the environment. A great neighborhood restaurant is not determined by price point, It determines by the type of food that is served and its location.

Amazing food and exceptional service. The service and the overall experience was one of the best in a restaurant that I have had in my entire life.
