Variety inn Hotel

The staff are unprofessional. They always tell lie that food is preparing, but even after one hour, I haven't got the food and still they take a lot time to just prepare a chicken soup. They say me to like the food will be ready in 10 minutes and make me waiting till like 1 to 2 hours. This is horrible experience from and restaurant very unprofessional behaviour. Please guys don't visit this. Staff are quite unprofessional. They always lie about food preparation. There is no one else for entertaining us? These guys don't visit

Food and beverage service was not up to the mark. At very first we order for food in which the masala papad came at last and top of that it was too spicy that we couldn't even consume it, followed by we ordered for ginger tea and no wonder it was tasteless and there was no ginger in it and the cups were so messed up. Attaching the picture for reference I would say you will get a better tea option by the roadside.

Very bad service, I ordered a chicken soup and got after one hours. The staffs are unprofessional always still lie about the thing very unprofessional behaviour by the staff and the chicken was not pressed cooked. It was refrigerated as we can see the lot of hair in the Khanna, terrible experience. Please don't visit this hotel as they just stealing the money from the customer and not giving the service. The taste of the food was horrible. Please don't visit staff food is preparing food. After sometime. We hear that the waiter has not placed the order even it too much horrible experience. Very Bad food, they serve the previous day left out chutney and sambhar and it has caused me food poisoning. So request you all to not take service of this restaurant and hotel.

Hotel is situated in best place, rooms service is not good, fascility of tv, wifi and other complementary is very limited and unsatisfactory. Toiletries given in washroom are very poor and worst quality.

Its a really good places to saty if i talk about services then i would say they always provide swift service in this hotel. hotel permissions is very clean even though all employee are very well behaving and yes its pocket friendly too ....

A wonderful and par excellence hotel in Patna at economic rate. Service is very good and so as the staffs.

Worst hotel ever stayed in my life.Food is totally unhygienic.At breakfast I got a stapler pin in saambher and some insects in my cousins plate. Television was not working whole day.Manager was very rude.Bihar is blamed only for this types of bad hospitality.
