Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was no basic service provided at all. No drinking water, no kettle, no slippers in the room. Even worse, there was no staff available when I needed assistance. I called the service staff multiple times but no one showed up. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a hotel. Would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

Soup was disgusting. Overall experience of dinning at platterz was worse regarding the taste and presentation . Very bad and inadequate washroom facilities.

Well one red flag after 12-14 hours of check in, the receptionist suddenly calls you and says your room would cost 33% extra and you should downgrade.. and then after 20 mimutes they say you may keep the room at the rate you were alloted... This is highly unprofessional, disturbing, and no less an extortion specially when you have rented the room at an inflated price ( much higher than usual price) One suggestion.. If you dont want to be cheated either prepare to raise your voice or avoid the hotel simply

Ac not working, 2 room changed still problems, bathroom not proper ,one bath room have water leakage,another have no lock in bathroom. Small room size. Maintaining not proper.

Hotel AVR is excellent place to stay, parking facilities, spacious rooms, banquet hall. Excellent staff professional team.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the town. Very friendly staff, very nice food. We have enjoy a lot here. I Will always recomend to stay here if you visit Patna

Biggest problem is parking there.. Hall is sufficient for small parties.. Food is good & service is also fine..
