Super Townhouse OAK The Dev Regency

My recommendation is to book Hotel Oak Dev Regency directly , avoid bookings from third party for good experience I recently stayed at Hotel Oak Dev Regency, and it was a great experience! Location: Super convenient! It's very close to the airport and just around 6.5 km from the railway station , making travel hassle-free. Comfort & Cleanliness: The rooms were well-maintained, neat, and cozy . Perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Service: The staff was friendly and helpful . Quick check-in and check-out process made things smooth. Amenities: The hotel offers essential amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Free WiFi, good food , and peaceful ambiance make it a great choice. Value for Money: Affordable pricing with good services. Definitely a great option in the city! (1500 include GST )

I recently visited the hotel, the staff is clumsy and unbothered. They have one or the other reason to not provide any service in time. Two guys of the same name, Abhishek work there but the guy with a heavier voice is very rude to his clients. He refused to get my room cleaned, asked me to wait for 3 hours for the service and rudely asked me to manage my own issues with the hotel. When i asked for his identity, he got scared and did not tell me his name, that's when i had to dig in for his name. Pathetic experience! I'll never want to go back to the hotel

All the staff of this hotel is very good and their service and location is also very good there is also an airport nearby.... The food is also very good ...... Everything is perfect....!! AND THE RECEPTIONIST ASHISH VERMA IS VERY GOOD THANK YOU ASHISH

We booked a month in advance and on the day of check in, they called and confirmed our checkin time. When we arrived at property they denied our checkin quoting all rooms were booked. Then talked to us rudely and asked us to move to a different property of theirs 7km far from the location. If they didn't have availability, they could have informed us way ahead in time when they called us. We faced grave inconvenience at the property, waited with no help and had the worst experience of all time. Finally left the place to a different property nearby.

However, upon reaching the property, they denied our check-in, claiming all rooms were already booked. The staff was rude and unhelpful, insisting we move to another property 8 km away. If they had no availability, they should have informed us earlier instead of causing such inconvenience. We were left stranded with no assistance, had a terrible experience, and ultimately had to find a different property nearby.

This property doesn't deserve even single star rating but there is no option to provide a rating below it. Few things one needs to know about this property : 1. Poor catering service and untrained staff. They ll serve meals of local Dhaba standard. 2. Poor state of cleanliness and sluggish response from housekeeping. 3. While booking they will promise number of services and facilities but for availing them you need to struggle with their staff every now and then. 4. You ll never get meals on time stating some flimsy reasons. 5. Please be careful about rat an mosquito infestation and carry your own repellants. Finally one good thing about them, if you want to experience or teach your children to survive in adverse conditions pl spend time here, you ll go out as battle hardened soldier.

Breakfast is very poor. The behavior of the Hotel staffs and General Manager are rude. Their behaviour made us sad.

There is a popular scam that runs here as I have read about the same in other reviews.During check in the guy at the reception would say that there are no Classic rooms left as you have booked through 3rd party (in my case Agoda) so he would say to upgrade to Deluxe by paying more money. But as soon as I went to contact the Agoda customer care, he suddenly said that there is one classic room available but would require some time to get it ready which was a clear attempt to scam in the first place. PLEASE AVOID if planning with family
