OYO 815653 Hotel Patliputra View

This is not proper hotel, but 2 bhk flat converted into rooms. though they allowed me early checkin for that I am grateful, the AC of room C1 is pathetic, almost not working. There was light cut for more than 1 hour. The hostel rooms are on 3rd floor and not properly maintained. I booked from MakeMyTrip at the price of 1000 per night and got such unwanted experience. When I complained to them , they just offering me 200 rupees coupon as a token of compensation and did nothing concrete. I advise travellers to avoid both the hotel and the middleman.

It is a very good hotel and if we talk about its rooms then they are even better. It is a very clean hotel. All its staff are helpful.

Neat and clean rooms, the owner of hotel is polite and very nice person. He supported us enough as they can. By my request he changed my room as soon as possible. Location is also nice..

They ask for extra money and only then they give the room, there is no provision for drinking water, washroom or room The worst service I have ever experience, they change rates by their own choices and even we ask for cleaning they behave very rude and they gave us used bedsheet and wash room are very stingy smell. Beware of that kind of hotel. If there is a negative review option i would suggest Google to introduce it to rate worst ratings to this hotel. Don't ever go to this hotel. Rooms are too too dirty that i can't explain in words. And if you go to bathroom and see it you will vomit. The reception person and owner is an arrogant person who literally wake me up in the early morning just for the id card for the people who were with me and reached late night. I repeat never ever book this hotel even if they say free to stay at this hotel

booked a classic room with AC and TV as dispayed while booking through oyo website, after visiting the room alotted was in pathetic situation with stinky smell, broken windows, dampened walls without any functioning AC. When complained, was asked to pay more to get a proper room. lost the peace of mind.
