Hotel vivek

First of all the staff consider themselves superior to you. They will not bring you water food or anything but will order you around like you are their staff. Next the administration is run by actual goons who will take your stuff if they are upset with you. I went there to stay for 1 day and was about to check out at 6 pm. But I overslept a little and was able to check out at 9 pm. When the staff called I was out within no time but these goons felt that they could press me so they charged me for another day. Mind you I already communicated with them the checkin day that I was going to stay only for 1 day and will be out by next day at 6. They were so rude that I felt danger to my life and they even decided to snatch my stuff. Not to mention their washroom's windows have no curtain and outside there are houses. Also the situation of toilets are horrible to say the least. I also want to add since goons run this place please don't take entry if you are a female or even with a female may it be mother or anything. It's high time authorities act and shut down such hotels.

A would like to place on the record and honest review about my stay at Hotel Vivek where I stayed almost 10 days, located at exhibition road very near to Patna Junction railway station. A great place to stay in Patna within budget, though it's not a fancy premium hotel but a great place to stay within budget, Manager Mr Karan and the staff specially Vinod ji are really very humble and accomodating. The worst hotel! The bathroom flush wasn't working. Although they changed our room, the second bathroom door wouldn't close. There were also bed bugs

Worst Experience ever... They charge more than they show on Google... Total fraud.

1. Nothing except the location is good about this hotel. 2. It looks like 1990s time of hotel which had never been renovated. 3. The room is much smaller than the enlarged pics they show on internet. Inside the room there was smell of dampness. 4. Bathroom is dirty like hell. 5. There is a small window which opens in the balcony of another hotel. 6. The service was poor. 7. Fan was not working properly and staff did not bother about it. Do not spoil your vacation by booking this hotel. Any dharmshala would be lot better than this place.

AC Rooms were clean. Staff was polite and friendly. 12 min walk from Patna junction railway station. Bed sheets were torn and had to ask repeatedly for basic things (towels). Wifi range was not good. No restaurant in the hotel but was arranged on request.

Im giving 1 star because there is no zero star option...worst hotel ever visited......over expensive....zero facilities...dirty bathroom....dirty bed sheets..smelly blanket...if you want to waste your money I will recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located nearest to gandhi maidan bus stand and patna junction. Properly maintained with adequate facilities like hot water, ac and Generator.
