Hotel The Golden Sunrise

We had a family marriage at Patna so had booked a few rooms in this Hotel for accommodation of guests. The Rooms were not very spacious but cosy and well made. We found the Location of the Hotel as convenient. The Tariff was reasonable. The Reception desk in the daytime was very helpful though the evening/night person there excused facilities saying "tomorrow morning when Shri Lalit the Manager comes ,he will decide". Now if for night you have to get an additional bed in the room, the matter would be taken up in evening only and then the reception person would not connect with Shri Lalit even on phone. So disappointing and strange! The complimentary Breakfast served in the restaurant of the Hotel at second Floor was quite OK . Food was Tasty at the BnB restaurant of the hotel and service good including Room service.

Very good service, staff behaviour was excellent. Food very good. Recommend this property.

Reception staff cooperation Bikul bhi nahi hai, phle demand alg krte hai room ka charge baad mai check out par alg demand krte hai , Behaviour of Male and female staff very bad.

The hotel service during marriage is pathetic.. Some washrooms doors are not being locked.. even inside marriage hall they not allow to play song even in low volume.. and sound system is also not good ..

Rooms are comfortable; food is good in taste; serve fresh food;

Awesome experience for my 3days staying.Buffet breakfast are superb and verity type of food was there .Rooms are properly cleaned. All staffs are well behaved. Special thanks to Mr. Lalit Ji for arranging a engagement functions. Buffet food was yummy. Love it.

Hotel's location was good .We booked 15 rooms for marriage functions with very reasonable price. Food quality was excellent.welmaintained room .staffs are behaving like homely and friendly.it is the best point for us. They served many types of food in buffet breakfast.I prefer this hotel for stay and function also .
