Hotel President

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel President and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. What stood out the most was how prioritizing guest satisfaction seemed to be a core value. Every interaction I had was positive, and it felt like the staff genuinely cared about making my stay memorable. Love it!!

One of the best stays in HEART of Patna. My family stayed here for a night halt. Staff was very accommodative and welcomed us well. Appreciate reception staff. Food was also tasty which was delivered with very less wait time. Parking is on street. Overall rooms were very comfortable.

We had wonderful experience at Hotel President, Patna. The stay was peaceful and comfortable. The food menu at the restaurant was elaborate and the dishes were unexpectedly very tasty and yummy. The person at the reception was very efficient and staff were courteous. The room service was excellent. Shall prefer to stay in my next visit to Patna.

Hotel President, Patna - was in room 303, AC premium room What I liked: Was allowed a fairly early check-in. It was a spacious room, pleasing to the eye. Good natural light was available and the room was comfortable. Breakfast had a decent spread with decent taste. The bed and pillows are nice and firm; good for the back. The pillows too are decent. Areas of improvement: Check-in > On phone I was told I would be charged extra for an early check-in. But when I went in early to their reception prepared to wait it out, I was told I can do an early check-in without any charge. Funny and inconsistent communication, they should improve on this. Was not provided the wifi password by default at check-in. Front-desk should be proactive on this. The employee who led me to the room - I asked him for an extra toilet roll. I never got it till my check-out. The front door of the hotel does not have a doormat, just a white towel folded into half kept as a doormat. It appears very dirty and is not a nice practice at all. Room > The TV size is small for this spacious room, should have a bigger screen. They should also provide a mini-fridge in this room. The main door lock cannot be locked with the key from outside; that needs repair. The room chair and the back of the bathroom door are dirty and not cleaned. Staff > Multiple times housekeeping rang my room bell unnecessarily - once by mistake, once to check if I was missing a chair in the room, once to recheck if any room service cutlery was left in the room. All these interruptions are quite annoying. The 2 guys I encountered at reception did not seem too interested or hospitable or smiling even. Bathroom > The shower in my room was working properly (less pressure and less hot water), surely somebody needs to check these things proactively. I told the reception to repair the shower after I left the room to go out; inspite of that they sent someone knocking at my door to check the shower. Its exasperating when staff does not listen properly to communications. The towel holder in the shower area is partially broken and needs repair. The shower head is fixed to the ceiling and you cant adjust the orientation, which is problematic Breakfast > On day 1 I went in around 9:45 am and quite a few things at the buffet had gotten over and they took some time to replenish it. They ran out of brown bread . on all days at breakfast, the tables were oddly stocked - some had tissues, some didn't; some had pepper and salt shakers, some didn't; similarly with cutlery. Other: Room service meal was costly (but that's expected in room service) and average in taste and quantity. I ordered veg spring roll, roti, raita and veg kadai

The hotel is good but the bathroom tiles can literally kill you. The bathroom tiles are very very slippery. I slipped badly and almost broke my knee. If you are planning to stay in the hotel, be extremely careful while going to the bathroom. The worst stay experience.

The warm welcome made us feel at home immediately. Reception staff set the tone with their friendly smiles and helpful attitude.

This is a very good property. The staff, the rooms, and the food are all really good. The location is also very good. Traffic & unwanted noises are not at all disturbing your peace.

It is one of the best place in patna to stay. The staff behaviour was very good and professional.
