Hotel Mundrika Deluxe

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the hospitality and peaceful ambiance made for a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, all the staffs were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best aspects of this hotel was its quiet environment, providing a perfect retreat from the noise and bustle of city life. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with good housekeeping ensuring a pleasant stay. Another advantage of this hotel is its convenient location--it is not far from the railway station, making travel easy while still offering a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Lodge rooms are much better than this deluxe hotel. Online websites are providing wrong and fake informations.

I seen many review, I feel worries during online booking. But when I checked in the hotel I felt very much comfortable with hotel and staffs, services. All traveler please do not seen the negative reviews talk to hotel directly. staff behaviour and services is good in this price. they do not disturbed you for online booking. I very happy with service.

Hotel's infrastructure (room, bathroom, towels etc) does not justify room rent. Only one person is for services of all rooms across 4 floors. Cleanliness of bathroom and room needs huge improvement. Restaurant is not functional. Only good thing is it is located near Railway station. Overall, not a pleasant stay.

It was dirty. The room attendant was walking everywhere in room with his shoe on. Didn't change the bedsheet even after asking as there was a spot on the sheet. Blankets were smelly. And toilet seat is something which you cannot look at all. Good part was, it was near to railway station still very silent.

Worse experience ever, dirty curtain, tv not working, outside gallery full of garbage.Cleaning is a major concern. Not recommend for anyone.

The way of Talking of The Receptionist who has been on duty in morning hours (5am around) was so rude and disrespectful..Mundrika Deluxe Should look into that... Otherwise Other receptionist whose duty was in evening hours,was so humble and polite..

worst hotel in patna, Not at all acceptable. The room is broken by the walls, washroom is horrible, room service is miserable.our room didn't even have an intercom. when informed,they even didn't bother to change the room. the sheets are dirty. bed wraps are torn. entire room is dirty.plus no room cleaning. moreover, they didn't provide us with us with a deluxe room, just because the oyo charges low price. its horrible, its also marks an inefficiency in part of Oyo that these hotels are listed without proper verification. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
