I stayed in this property for 2 nights with my family. We chosen this location as it was close to our friend's house. Things were seems reasonable but it wasn't, the property is not at all good for family, reason:claustrophobic corridors, stinking restaurant, rooms are average, washroom is below average. Room service I would say ok only, intercom doesn't work so you will have to call on mobile or walk over to reception. And the cherry on the cake checkout experience, I already informed in the morning to receptionist that I will be checking out little late, probably by an hour as I need to go for doctor's appointment and he said ok sir no problem. As usual I asked for final bill around 12.30 and it took another 15mnts to argument for additional charges for late check out, I was surprised that I informed the guy in morning he said ok and another who was managing the reception said sir it's our policy, given the fact they know everything I had to pay the additional charges. It would have been sorted swiftly if they would denied at first time, our even they wanted to me check out the room they could informed before deadline but I believe they don't believe in customer service. Probably this review could help people to understand the malpractices they are following. *Overpriced *zero service* restaurant literally stink, better to consider other properties in this area

Tiny and cozy hotel. Though rooms are not spacious, they are neat and well maintained. Neat and tidy. Staff are responsible and friendly. Restaurant and its food are very good. Felt safe and secure

I visit this property ambiance was excellent, food quality is awesome,sevice was also good and special thanks MS rinki she was very polite and humble

My friend also find this property not worthy, they had terrible experience of checkout

Very bad experience They don't know how to treat the guest I suggest some people who looking for hotel don't stay in this hotel

i was impressed by all of the staff with in the hotel ,even when I asked if they could organise hiring shortly. I will certainly be staying here again!!! And most thankful mr.saurav,raushan,and bittu they are very competitive and humble.thanks all of them

Friends Nice stay with good food and ambiance is super cool staff behaviour is good like a family atmosphere,and specially thanks for front desk guy Mr.saurabh singh,He has good sense of humour and handling the guest,and most of like to way of talking.I really enjoy my stay smile . The person at Reception is very rude and unprofessional. If you don't talk in his interest, he will treat you very rudely. I haven't stayed in the hotel, but the way he treated people at reception and me, was pathetic. Even on call he is talking in a very bad manner and talks of polices and rules (even which are not mentioned on the voucher).
