Capital House Hotel

The hotel owner is a thief. Don't book this hotel or else you will lose your hard earned money. They have no standards. All the staff are cheaters. Worst experience ever.

Worst service. Poor food quality and hygiene. Hotel pictures on Make My Trip are far more different than reality. Hotel rents ordinary rooms in the name of Premium category rooms.

Rooms are great with prime location.. every attractions are very close to the hotel... staffs are very helpfull

Room size little small, but amenities and services are excellent. Great reception and warm welcome from Varsha and the team! Keep it up.

Below average hotel with limited amenities. Worst staff behaviour, can't charge s customer for a broken glass 200 rs.Highly over priced for the services they are offering. Complimentary breakfast is worst till date I ever had at any property, they even don't serve fruits on morning breakfast.

Simply a subpar experience with absolutely lackasdical staff, chlostrophobic rooms, sub quality breakfast and much more. Gives a shady feeling and first and last time visit for sure.

Decent room with great service. Varsha and her staff were especially helpful with everything during the stay.
