Feedback for Hotel Rajshree, Nawada I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Rajshree in Nawada and would like to share my overall experience. The hotel presents itself as a budget-friendly option in the city, but there are several aspects where it can improve, alongside a few that it gets right. Location and Accessibility: Hotel Rajshree is located in the heart of Nawada, which makes it fairly convenient for travelers who are either passing through or visiting for business or family purposes. The location is easily accessible from the main roads and close to various amenities like markets and local attractions. However, I did notice that the surrounding area could be a bit noisy at times due to traffic, which might be bothersome for guests looking for a quiet, peaceful stay. Check-In Process and Staff Behavior: The check-in process at the hotel was smooth and efficient. I was pleased with the promptness of the reception staff. They were polite, friendly, and willing to assist with any queries I had during my stay. The staff made an effort to ensure that guests were comfortable, which is always a positive aspect. However, I felt that they could benefit from a bit more training in customer service to handle certain requests with a more professional attitude. Room Quality and Amenities: The room I stayed in was moderately comfortable, but it lacked certain essentials that could have made the stay more enjoyable. The bed linens and towels were clean, but the overall cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom was functional, but there were minor issues such as low water pressure in the shower and some drainage problems. These are small yet significant details that could enhance the guest experience if addressed. One area where the hotel could significantly improve is in the amenities offered. While the room had basic necessities like a fan and television, there was no provision for tea or coffee-making facilities, and the Wi-Fi was inconsistent. These are basic requirements nowadays for most travelers, and upgrading these services would certainly add value to the overall stay. Food and Dining: The hotel offers an in-house restaurant, which serves a mix of local and standard Indian dishes. I found the food to be decent, though nothing extraordinary. The portion sizes were good, but the quality could be better. Additionally, room service was available, though it was a bit slow. It took longer than expected for orders to arrive, and the staff appeared a bit overwhelmed at peak times. Cleanliness and Hygiene: The hotel maintained a satisfactory level of hygiene in common areas like the lobby and hallways. However, the cleanliness inside the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, could be improved. There were some visible signs of wear and tear, and it felt like the housekeeping staff might be understaffed or not diligent enough in certain areas. Conclusion: Overall, Hotel Rajshree in Nawada offers a budget-friendly option for short-term stays, but there are several areas where improvement is needed. If the management addresses issues related to room cleanliness, amenities, and dining services, it could easily become a more appealing option for travelers. As it stands, it's a decent place for a short stay but could benefit from enhancements to provide a better guest experience.

I stay there for more than 10 days. Staff is very polite. Rooms were neat and clean. Food quality is really good. Home like food they provide. It is really difficult to find such a neat and clean hotel in Nawada. It match my expectations.

Room service staff behaviour is very bad

Not always we plan a family trip. I was fortunate to stay at Raj Shree. They gave tremendous service and were really hospitable. My whole family is thankful to Mrs Meera (manager)and her team. They made our stay special. The food was brilliant and room service was also good. They have a nice and clean property with dedicated customer service. I recommend this hotel to everyone .

Decent and clean rooms. The staff are not exactly tourist friendly but are efficient. There is power back up for 24 hours which is very important. And they have a debit card swipe machine which may seem like a small thing but for a small town hotel it is a big deal. Food is average and like I said before don't expect amazing service and hospitality.

That is excellent. The reception system I like it||Service is good.in hotel no any type of garbage bags or dustbin are provided.lightening and decoration are very impressive.you should increase the no of staff. I see there is gas agency under the hotel

Never seen a cleaner hotel in whole of nawada district. Food quality is up to the mark and food price is totally into the budget. They also take care of food requests which aren't even mentioned in their menu.

Best service staff & decent reasonable Price for lodging & fooding. I Rate him one of the best in Bihar state. Writing this after stayed for a day & delighted wit facility.
