Hotel The Park

A nice hotel in the heart of the city! The management is nice. Staff is also cooperative most of the time. There were a few instances where they were rude to a few requests, they would not shy away from bluntly saying no( for even a small request like asking for an iron). The hotel is in a busy market place that would make reaching it a bit difficult. Overall it's a nice hotel

The service people barge into the room using the master key while serving food etc. The receptionist is super rude. The location is really good though. Food is tasty.

Don't do to the restaurant The staff behavior is so unresponsive Also ac doesn't work good Light keeps on fluctuating Soo bad service

Worst place don't visit plz , veg and non veg is mixed . Worst place for vegetarians and worst management by hotel staff.

The beds are full of mites. Pathetic room condition and casual approach of the manager. The manager says that since it's rainy season the mites have come. Horrible.....At a similar price you can get better hotels in muzaffarpur.

I visited to The Park Hotel 24th of June and booked the room number 121. According to the price(3500) service was very poor, when we enter the room not good smell and not well arranged the things. Always light tripping. And most important thing Restroom was very bad dropping water, and water stuck in side the washroom area. 4 times call for cleaning and the staff don't have manners 2 times they came without knock the door

Room is quite expensive as compare to another hotel also service was not good at all.

Hotel is good. ...but there service is not good. ...they always said sorry sir they are busy ....thats why your order is running late.....food taste is okay for me....they have to work on food taste ......
