Hotel Simna International

A Nightmare Stay - Avoid at All Costs! I recently stayed at Hotel Simna International with my family, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. After driving continuously for 9 hours, completely exhausted, we realized that the most basic necessity--water in the washroom was completely unavailable despite repeatedly informing the reception. It took them hours to even attempt to resolve the issue, and I was left stuck in the bathroom covered in soap and shampoo with no water to rinse off. We had booked two rooms, and while one washroom had only hot water, the other had no water at all. After about 45 minutes, they finally tried to fix it, but the situation remained unresolved. I had to carry water from one washroom to another in a bucket, mix it to an appropriate temperature, and rinse myself manually. It was an absolute nightmare. To make matters worse, the staff was completely unhelpful and showed zero empathy. They didn't assist, didn't offer any solution, stopped receiving calls from the room after a point, and most shockingly, they didn't even apologize. Their lack of concern and basic customer service skills was beyond unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone--not even as a last resort. There are plenty of better options where, at the very least, you'll get running water and staff who actually care about their guests.

Super hospitality, staff behaviour good, hygiene is excellent and superb service. I love to stay in this premises and recommend for every one. Full amount wasool. Breakfast is so good. Parking spaces available, lift available, Over all excellent.

I have come to Muzaffarpur for the first time and I stayed at Simna international hotel which is in Maripur, I liked the food and the front desk staff Mr. Vikash Kumar gave me a very nice room. His staff is very good for the receptionist and we are specialist, thank you Vikash ji.thank you so much .

The stay was very pleasant Room was clean and staffs were well behaved I will surely recommend this hotel Breakfast was also great I booked a Deluxe room which was very spacious Overall ambience of the hotel was great Thank you simna international for greeting us so well

Its Very average service given by them & food quality && quantity option are very poor. Needs improvement....

Excellent service quality given by hotel staff as well as management. Also food quality is also nice. I am Happy to use this hotel for doctors meeting.

The service of the restaurant is very bad. I sat here and placed my order for more than 30 minutes and the food did not come and neither did the AC turn on. The hospitality here is very bad. Food quality is very waste.

It's totally superbly hotel also restuarant with all staff"s member behavior just like home environment. And most importantly hotel"s owner directly involved to customer feedback its imagine thanks to all staff member from my heart
