Hotel Aman Palace

The staffs of this hotel are very much irritating especially a person named Sunny who handles reception, they don't have respect and regards towards their customers. They can wake you up anytime irrepective of the time. Please I suggest you to not visit this hotel, else choose some other. At first i thought it is a sikh hotel so the staffs would have high and good morals but their attitude towards customers are so cheap that you will surely have a nightmare if you visit this hotel. In all parametres from customer behaviour to hygiene they are laggards. If there is any amount of concern and care exist in the owner's mind, and I am sure he don't have such kind of regard, then please train your staffs.

Don't Don't think of becoming a regular patron and expecting they will treat you good in your future visits. I know that, because I've done that. I have been here three times so I know well and I am not going here anymore: Different rooms everytime but they maintained same compulsive filthy attitude all along. In one room, No hanger in the bathroom, so I was confused about what do before I could think of taking bath, Most annoying :Idiotic staffs, just wakes you up everytime now and then by knocking at door without caring that you might be sleeping merely for asking you for dinner. The room was not cleaned in 3rd visit, I could feel sands and dirt on the floor. And the common part in all the visits, shower never worked properly. Water pressure was so slow that I didn't take bath on the day I had to check out because I would have missed my train, had I not done that. And while paying and asking for discount, the owner, arrogantly said that we're spending so much for what, to provide discounts just like that. You might even ask for free visit if I encourage you this time, We are not affected you can go and look for some other hotel, we are at a bestest of locations, our rooms are never empty. Pathetic, racist people running this hotel. They behave like they are letting you live for free, and they don't refrain from making racist remarks such as referring to your natives as in demeaning way.

Very nice hotel . The price of this hotel is low and facilities are very good....... Very friendly and familiar hotel. Staffs work strictly and follow all rule and regulation
