Super OYO Flagship 813893 Hotel Siddhi Vinayak

I went to a hotel with my entire family after booking it through OYO. Initially, they made us run from one branch to another, even at 1 AM. Finally, after complaining to the owner, the staff at their Station Road branch agreed to provide accommodation. When we arrived, the behavior of the staff was pathetic. They demanded Aadhaar cards from every family member, including a 7-year-old child. Later, on a cold night, they insisted that every member personally come to the counter to sign the register. When we explained that the child was asleep and it was already 1 AM, their staff threatened to throw the child out of the room if the signature was not provided. I am a government lawyer and have had the chance to stay at various hotels, but I have never faced such misfortune as I did tonight. When the child's signature was not provided, their staff resorted to abusing and even tried to get physical. Eventually, they threw us out of the room in the freezing cold. Though the owner was a good person, I have never seen staff like this in my entire life. Such people are a disgrace to humanity. They are the ones tarnishing the reputation of Bihar. My advice is never to visit such a hotel with family or friends, as they are capable of any kind of misbehavior.

Fraud hotel and staff. Refused checkin even after advance payment through OYO. Already filed complain to CPGRAMS CONSUMER forum against OYO for this incident. Avoid booking here.

Poor facilities. No hot water/ room full of mosquito/ no response from staff /nil availability of staff for emergency .high charges 1500rs-2k.

Well clean and all facilities available staff behaviour well and helping nature person in low price

Rooms and interiors are too good But exterior Banquet hall and dinning place is worst.

Staff behaviour was good, their way of talking was good, they supported me completely

Its very bad hotel..i tell all of u dont stay here.... behaviour of staff is too bad....not any facilities.......bakwas
