Siddhi Vinayak Hotel & Banquet

I went to hotel on 4th January, 2025 with my entire family after booking it through OYO. Initially, they made us run from one branch to another, even at 1 AM. Finally, after complaining to the owner, the staff at their Station Road branch agreed to provide accommodation. When we arrived, the behavior of the staff was pathetic. They demanded Aadhaar cards from every family member, including a 7-year-old child. Later, on a cold night, they insisted that every member personally come to the counter to sign the register. When we explained that the child was asleep and it was already 1 AM, their staff threatened to throw the child out of the room if the signature was not provided. I am a government lawyer and have had the chance to stay at various hotels, but I have never faced such misfortune as I did tonight. When the child's signature was not provided, their staff resorted to abusing and even tried to get physical. Eventually, they threw us out of the room in the freezing cold. Though the owner was a good person, I have never seen staff like this in my entire life. Such people are a disgrace to humanity. They are the ones tarnishing the reputation of Bihar. My advice is never to visit such a hotel with family or friends, as they are capable of any kind of misbehavior.

Hotel Manager denied my booking while I am already pay.

Dont deserve any star as very cheap mentality of the staff. The room was booked online inspite of that they did not provide the room saying that they dont have anytieup with the company.

Online it shows 4 room left then i book 1 room but when i call to check in. They are telling there is no room available. Their talking manner is bad.

This hotel has been near by bus stand and very good hotel staff behaviour is very good and best hotel in motihari Safe for cupple

GOOD BEHAVIOUR OF ALL STAP ROOM GOOD AND CLEAN ITS BEST HOTEL FOR COUPLE

It is situated just beside NH 322.Too much specious banquet Hall,rooms and campus. Better arrangements. Thanks.

Overall a worst stay, nothing is good here.
