The worst hotel experience in India. The staff are very unfriendly. The manager needed to see my passport 3 times. The third time he asked, my companion had already left, and even though this was his mistake, he took it out on us. He then began shouting aggressively at my driver, who had literally nothing to do with the situation. Absolutely shameful, inexcusable behaviour. Do not stay at this hotel.
