Hotel Nikunj | Hotel & Banquet Hall

Hotel lacks basic amenities like telephone, working TV, Kettle, glasses, internet speed, dental kit and etc. Bed and room was not clean even after asking to bed sheets change they failed to do so on daily basis. Water in washroom wasn't coming properly, geyser was also not working.. Need lots of improvement to run this!!

Good behaviour of hotel management and staff i will be continue to my next tour to Madhubani here thankyou for the service..... it's too good

Owner verykind person .. He refunded whole money without cancellation charge.. If I will to visit Madhubani then definitely I will choose his hote.. Thank you ..

Good room but big issue geyser. Dg is available but not run after light .

This hotel should be heavily inspected for hygiene and cleanliness. Our room was full of mosquitoes and spider webs. They have the most rude staff who is practically useless at the job he does. He disregards everything you say and completely ignores you. They have music playing the entire night at the loudspeaker outside. When we asked to change our room because the music was too loud at 1am, he could not be bothered to do anything. He was so concerned about his sleep that he said 'talk to the manager in the morning', while our sleep was ruined. We had to call makemytrip where we booked the hotel from and complained to them over the phone for the past 2 hours just to have our room swapped so that we can sleep in peace. Worst staff, worst hotel, worst of everything.
