Capital O Hotel Shobha International

Never experienced this type of worst service ever in my life. The blankets and bedding were smelling very bad. The staff's behaviour was so bad. They talked very rudely. You can sleep on the platform of Katihar Station but don't go there.

1 ) Rooms have windows which does not have any lock means no proper safety as they have glass window so any one can slide at any time 2 ) they don't have proper light backup as during night light was cutoff for 2 hours straight left with no option you have to suffer when there is light problem 3 ) Ac not working properly during day cooling was perfect but during night it feels like not cooling anymore + wallfan was also not working 4) very poor room service as they don't even a provide glass to drink water 5 ) staffs are rude specially reception guy he must keep welcoming attitude and sweet and nice gesture towards their guest which are totally not found in that guy

Room was neat and clean . all fresh , and AC was available. Only WATER was no available and Bathing room was not clean as expected. Water was coming full of iron and zinc like no one used from many years it seemed. Just they need to focus and water and maintenance.

Wish i could give them 0 star. First they didn't accept my online booking . But after 10 mins of argument they accepted. I was with my wife and after showing marriage certificate they treated us so badly as if i was with some call girl. Staff is so unprofessional then finally the room service was so bad . Toilets were so dirty. Worst experience . The staffs were like the charges of room are more if a girl and boy stay together ignoring their relationship of husband wife. Just pathetic . Don't ever visit this hotel ever

I am staying here from yesterday. Took a Double AC Deluxe room. Worst experience I have ever. AC still not working in spite of changing/ shifting me from one same room to other. TV is out of order due to non recharge in time. Nobody is going to listen or can be able to reply properly. They have took out the AC ultimately from my room for repairing in this hot afternoon but didn't bother to accommodate any comfort. The tariff is RS. 1500 + tax.

No hand towel, hand wash in washroom. Geysernot operational , so no hot water availability. Same for lift. Requested staffs to start, but no body listened. I think owner is paying them just for sitting idle

Good Hotel . Today we have chowmin + Chicken Lollypop + Paneer Pakora and last we have Masala Juice all the dishes are tasty and well made . And yes this is better and silent place .

Best place to stay.... clean and peaceful....Food quality is the best.... Staffs are polite and helpful....I am satisfied with their services.
