OYO Flagship Hotel New Urvashi

I don't know, why is people somewhere negative about this hotel. They are extremely polite and humble staff and even I got the chance to talk to the owner. he was extremely humble person who after me reaching there due to traffic jam, immediately arranged for a dinner. I really liked that gesture. The hotel service was very nice and majorly the rooms are extra spacious when you go to washroom an abundance of space is provided. I hope you people once get a chance to stay here, I'm sure all of you will be delighted with such a welcome routine they have for every customer.

Hotel owner deal like machali (fish) market hotel , he was bargaining like anything , as per expected price they charged more but manager Fahad is so professional.

Very useless and poor quality staff. Asks for extra money. Service is also not good

without checkout how can you take the full amount. The owner was very rude.

They were asking 400 money for check in whereas I have already paid online to oyo..They denied saying that they do not have that type of room that you have booked online and paid 473. I had no choice but to pay and stay..It is a pathetic experience I ever had..room and bathroom were so dirty..blanket they provide were smelling badly and bedsheet were so dirty..

Firstly, Staffs are very rude. You will feel bullied there. They will literally harrass you for a tip. Secondly, room is full of mosquitoes. Thirdly, the geyser of my room was out of order. Fourthly, they are scammers. I had booked the hotel thrrough OYO App with Rs 500-600 for 1 night. I checked in at 9 PM. The staff said that the room which I had booked is unavailable and I had to take another room of Rs. 1200. As it was night & I had come after a long journey, I had no option. They asked for cash and marked me absent in OYO App. I WOULD SUGGEST NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Mad****od Hotel hai. They ask u to pay extra when u arrive if u dont then they ask u to leave. MMT , OYO all are involved in this when u try to complain they dont respond and eventually u have to pay extra and check in. I had to pay 1.5 times extra what i paid while booking since it was 9 pm at night and not much options left and did not want to roam around at such unknown place at night.
