Very bad and the worse hotel ever that I had ever gone hotel key mkc

Horrible experience . Despite early booking room provided was not clean and lock of door was broken out due to which main door had a big hole and everything was visible from outside and I was unable to lock my room of I had to go outside as it had no locking system. Also one bulb of room was not working. Unhelpful behaviour of hotel staffs. I asked for mineral water from staff at 10 pm approx and they made several excuses and didn't provide me with mineral water. Pics uploaded by hotel staffs didn't match with the room they provided. So choose another hotel.

Very spacious rooms and the entire property as well. Big parking area in basement. Staffs were very polite, food was delicious.The best thing is that they have a open terrace restaurant, when we eat on the top floor, whole city can be easily visible. It was a very relaxed feeling .I will surely visit again.

The staffs were untrained, would enter the rooms without knocks and throw your toiletries from the door on your bed, extremely low in customer services. Oyo should remove this hotel from it's listing because they provide rooms with non working AC, bathroom floor is as black as it can get with dirt. Ask for drinking water but it didn't come and had to stay thirsty the whole night in the summers with a non working AC. Horrible experience. Stay on the streets than staying here.

One of the most popular hotels of the locality. On a prime location close to main road and railway station Hajipur. Nice place for hangout and party with family and friends. Great infrastructure well behaved staff and great management who are always ready to solve the problems of the visitors at any time 24x7. Awesome place for full family lodgings, dinner and enough parking space for the vehicles of the visitors. Offers fully A.C. rooms for lodgings and conference hall for meeting and conference.

Look at washroom. Bus stand bathroom is better than this. Room service is pathetic intercom is not working. If you need any thing at least wait for hour. Even they didn't provide All out. Mosquito bites will not allow you to sleep. You can enjoy your self on railways platform better than this hotel.

It is good hotel with luxurious rooms, I just stayed there for 4hrs , it was good afterall , as Hajipur is my town , I know many friends who stayed there, In a small town like this there is hard to find all the facilities but you can adjust there as it's the better option than others. Both AC and non-AC rooms are available, toilets was clean. Food is also available. The food is just okay . It is just opposite of Hajipur Junction and only 200-300m walking distance. It's okay to visit once.

Hotel looks quite old & dirty. Bathroomwares are old-fashioned and unclean. Room service is also average. They dont provide electric kettles or toilettries. Location is also little interior to the main road.
