Terrible experience!! Never book with them, I booked a room for 3 days and paid 4,000 in advance, but had to cancel within 2 hours. Despite informing them promptly, the hotel didn't reply on my message and didn't pick my call when i call from other number they refused to refund my money. Rude and unprofessional customer service. Avoid this place if you value fair treatment and decent service!!

It was a pleasent stay. Very nice hotel.... Very helpful and best service from Staff ... The hotel Rooms are pretty decent and budget friendly ...I stayed for a day,Asst manager works here are very friendly and very helpful....It is 15 min away from the railway station.. Overall it was a very beautiful experience....

It was totally bad when I came to the hotel my room wasn't even neither ready nor cleaned they cleaned it after when I came the maintaining of the rooms was a big zero,also the place was not constructed fully the room's washroom had so many leakages,when I asked for a ketle it seriously had bugs inside it,it is not worth of money,the manager is a very rude and angry man you can book any other hotel than this if you are visiting Gaya
