OYO Hotel Hill Heights

Just avoid this hotel. You will dislike the hotel. My stay was horrible specially the ultra bad condition of the washrooms. The services are also very poor. I don't know how this hotel is being managed. Needs to improve a lot. Can't even think to give it 2 stars. My genuine advice would be to avoid this hotel workout any second thought. Avoid avoid avoid avoid

Don't accept bookings by OYO even though it is listed as an OYO hotel. Some kind of tariff issue. They say their rooms are 1700 a night however I have seen it it is only worth 500 a night. OYO is right in putting this up at 650 a night rate because of the room and service quality. However since the owner and OYO don't agree on the rate the only ones to suffer are people who book this by OYO website or app, even more unfortunate are the ones who prepay online. The hotel only accept payment at the hotel because of bill clearance issues with OYO.

It was a terrible experience .. I booked this place via Oyo app and paid in advance before my date of travel .. after a long journey n reaching this place .. I was denied check-in on the context that the property manager has issues with ola as they haven't made payment to the property manager.. because I had already paid online and was not going to make any payment in person .. I was denied check-in and pushed to cancel my booking via ola and take a room their directly. As I was travelling with my parents who were already tired after the whole journey .. I had no option but to do what the property manager wanted me to do. The property doesn't look anything like the pictures .. the telephone , tv and geezher dint work and the hospitality sucks to the core..

This is the worst hotel in the city. Hotel authority has no other aim except earning money even if they have to harass their guests for this reason. I had booked a room in this hotel via OYO application & had also paid the money online. When I reached the hotel, the receptionist denied to provide me a room. He insisted me to cancel the online booking and pay the amount in cash. Only then they would give me a room. I didn't agree so they didn't allot me any room there. I wanted to talk to the hotel manager but the receptionist didn't allow me. Finding no other option, I had to leave the hotel immediately. However, I talked to OYO customer care; they allotted me a different hotel at once & lodged a refund request of the amount that I had paid online. Beware of staying in this hotel.

I had a fully paid booking here from Oyo which for some reason they refused to accept, neither did they inform me in advance. And the property manager was extremely rude and derogatory. He made dirty and explicit remarks on the phone. Pathetic experience, would not recommend such a place to solo travellers or families.

It was a wonderful stay at hill heights. The owner was extremely nice to assist us , the rooms are quite big clean and with all the ameneties in great working condition. The staffs are courteous and enjoyed delicious meal. Moreover it felt like home . I shall recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time I visit gaya. Hotel Owner and Staff were warm and very supportive, amazing hospitality. Bigger & Clean Rooms than expected. Easy conveyance. To summarise, it was a customer delight :)

It is not recommended to any one , No manager response, No reception response, Is it room looking like to stay . Friends we r from andhra Pradesh tirupathi. We have very very bad experience with the staff ,worst of the worst hotel I have never seen ,I and my family faced worst day with worst hotel
