OYO Balajee Residency

I booked this hotel, Balajee residency, using the OYO app, where the room was described as having many amenities: ac, geyser etc. However, when I reached the hotel, manager told me that a non-ac room is booked. I saw the room, which was very small, without even having a shower. I called customer care and it told me that the hotel is non-ac. It further said that I didn't pay any extra charges for AC-room. Later, manager told me that you can't book AC-room online. After a few hours, I again called customer care and reiterated my problems. I also talked to the manager. This time he provided me with a spacious room and bathroom, having shower facilities.

I had a reservation at a different hotel but later changed to this hotel because my stay duration was reduced to 6-7 hrs. Also I was arriving early morning and wanted something near the railway station. The single window in my room opened to the hallway and had to be closed for privacy. The area near the bathroom was dirty. The hotel staff was uncooperative and refused to extend my stay by 1 hr(I checked at 4 a.m). They also refused to keep my luggage at the counter(so that I could travel light and explore the city) till the evening after I checked out. Recommended only if you are on a budget, staying solo or just need a place to freshen up.

Not good at all.. There is no food service and the staff are not co-operative at all. They will even charge u if delay the check-out for 10-15 mins. Rooms normal. No towel or soap or any accessory provided. Even there was no recharge in the tv. They will also charge u extra if u want to run the A.C. Staffs not supportive. Not recommended at all. U can find even better place at this rate. Would have rated in minus but no option so giving one star. Worst experience ever.

Never book by OYO, they charges extra amount. Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are very dirty and so small that you cant bath properly. There is no AC,TV, etc facilities that shows on OYO. Never recommend to stay here, the worst place wherever I ever stay in my life.

Cheap rooms with decent amount of money you pay for the normal facilities available here like room bed, washroom, water. Best prices. It's a Oyo hotels then you can imagine the drill. I was here for two nights for CUSB interview. Visit here if you are looking for a safe stay or some casual fun. Thank-you

Balajee residency was excellent to accommodate having clean and clear rooms with near by to gaya railways station. But there is one issue with OYO that I got several text messages from them that my booking is shifting to other hotel due to unavoidable covid circumstances so please select other hotel but I don't reply to messages and directly went to hotel that I booked earlier there I got no issues just checked in. The point is that what was the message for.

Average, staff force customers to put 5 star as remarks. They continuously call and disturb after leave hotel, I think next time I am visit another property
