Hotel Heritage Inn

This is a good place to stay in Gaya City. Well decorated, spacious and ventilated rooms of the rooms are attractions of the hotel. The prime location of the hotel is also one of the qualities of this hotel. This hotel is strategically located where public conveyance is always available. The floor, curtain, furniture and bedding are of high quality. This hotel owns its restaurant also which helps passengers in the procurement of food and all. I personally like it very much.

Not worth it according to its price. Rooms toilet washroom are not clean. Tv was also not opretable. I complained to the receptionist bt they dint resond. Hospitality is nt good. Its just the location of the hotel in in middle else nothn gud here. Foods n bevarages are costly too. And one more thing i checked in at 8pm yesterday nd i was asked to chkout at 11am nyhow. Although i needed to stay one more hour. Bt they insited to chk out other wise they charge for one more day nd the worse thng was they dont evn have nt booking for that room. Worst stay till now.

It is the Worst Oyo hotel I ever stayed at... The manager is very very rude he doesn't know how to talk to customers.. all the rooms are dirty... also, I booked the room for three but they denied giving any extra mattress and made me pay for three..... location of the hotel is good, but, again I would never recommend it to anyone.

No hot water, likely they gave rod but no plug in bathroom so you have plug bucket in room. Unclean bathroom and windows. Leaking flush which also doesn't work. You have to use bucket to flush properly. Room service is bad they don't have their own kitchen all food gets cold till it comes to your room. Neither bell nor intercom works you have to go down to call for anything or else take mobile number and call guy who is on shift. Not at all worth price its charging i.e around 1000 per night. Hotel is not worth more than 500 per night.

worst experience ever had. I booked the room using Goibibo. After checking in we realized we were the only guests. Nasty toilets, haunting rooms and common passages.power cuts for more than hours . Telephone line cut along with power. Nasty walls . TV not working properly. All our plans were ruined due to unpleasant stay. A nightmare i am still trying to get rid off.

This is superb Place hospitality of this hotel so good . Staff is v good and polite. Rooms are neet n clean. Food quality is superb and taste is really good.

Never thought that this good property will be In such a bad condition. Reconstruction/refurbishing is going on. Rooms full of dust. ||||By providing 1 litre of mineral water bottle, 1 mini medimix soap, chik shampoo packet, welcome tea, they thought that everyone will be convinced. ||||Stayed with aged female senior citizen and 3 ladies. No hot water in all 3 rooms provided @1st floor. In 1 room o water in the morning. When u want to do pinda dhanam in the morning after taking bath at rooms, you will be disappointed a lot. ||||Beware.
